Room Reveals, are they worth it?

-does it matter to you? What benefit does it bring? If you are doing it to do it, it’s not worth the time.
-if you are a design client usually you have one after all the hard work together to bring it to life!
-is there time in between the events?
-if there’s a tight fit before Reception can you make it work without adding time to your cocktail hour?
-will the room be able to be blocked off from guests practically (where are bathrooms located?).
-if there is time, we love a private dance moment.

Wanna change three times cause it’s fun, okay! I’ve even had a bride who had a custom dress like apron made for her cake cutting, okay cuteee. Want a dessert bar or a pop up churro stand okay girl! 🎉 Get excited about the little moments on your big day, it’ll go by so fast. Just home in one what excites you and choose that! Don’t overwhelm the day with alll the options!

Wanna get married under a bed of stars and string

Wanna get married under a bed of stars and string lights, but wanna be in the city? Here’s how, McGovern Centennial Gardens. 🏙️

-Book the space for extra hours than event hours for setup, billed extra per hour.
-Decide tent or no tent early on, this is where it can get $$$.
-Rent all you need & decide if you wanna upgrade chairs like these ones from Swift. Chairs are an underrated upgrade y’all. 👌🏻
-Bring in string lights all the way, really brought the space together & Karson found the white stands too! 😍
-Dance floor to elevate the space more & bring a central vision.

&& Hire us for design and we can bring all the elements together! Outdoor weddings are not easy & there are so many moving pieces to make it work. Especially in a space that was just a long green rectangle before ha!

Some of our favorite Reception details we’ve seen over the years, which one would you do? Feel free to save for later!

1). Giant “U” shaped table full of candles & bud vases-DREAMY ✨ This was a showstopper y’all!
2). Welcome sign dripping in greens & making a true statement!
3). A painting of the couples engagement photo at their welcome table, a fave still!
4). Pop up camper Photobooth, forever a fave, making a classic concept more fun!
5). Another welcome sign pulling in the design right when your guests arrived, can’t beat this detail.
6). The Bride had her mom & mother in laws wedding dresses displayed with their portraits, LOVE. The guests loved seeing this!
7). Babies breath clouds, truly soft and inviting at this Ceremony.
8). Cookies at the dessert table from the app they met on.🥹
9). Custom tattoos of the Bride & Groom, FUN! Imagine all of your guests painted with your face!
10). Cocktail Hour activity, paint by your face! SO FUN and I’ve never seen someone else do this!
